I want to know what you guys think on this one, given how millions of Texans lost power when they really needed it.
In a free market, if a provider cannot meet demand, that's just how it is. But if access to power is a right, supply not meeting demand in a crisis (such as the Polar Vortex) is totally unacceptable.
So which is it, a luxury or a right?
