Whoah. That dosage still seems high. Here they say .15 milligrams/kilo. For a 200 pound person, that is 13.5 mg, and that is only every three months.

200 micro grams per kilo for Covid prophylaxis works out to 19 mg for a 200 lb adult.

Ivermectin has an extremely broad safe therapeutic range. A couple milligrams per dose difference is negligible from a safe-use standpoint. It's the frequency that's important since it's a fat-soluble chemical.
I really can't figure out why you're afraid of off-label use of a drug with FDA approval for other uses and a 40-year history of safety and extremely low adverse events:

Withdrawing a mandate after it's been stayed by SCOTUS? What a joke. It's like the old "closing the barn door...." metaphor. The only reason for doing so is Biden doesn't want a final SCOTUS unconstitutional decision, which is what he'd get if he pursued it. And that would close the door for good on any future executive mandates he might want to try to get away with.

Nothing on a fourth. Wife and I had the Pfizer and the booster. Guess that was a year ago and nothing as to any side effects to date. Neither of us had any side effect. Our general practitioner thought it was a good idea and since I don't have a MD following my name we got the vaccinations. That said I have to strongly support those who choose not to have the shot. As to Biden and his mandates? Bullshit from an idiot as it took a Supreme court decision to remind him US Government is not about a dictatorship and overreach of power is just that, an overreach.

Yes, unless you're in a group that's especially vulnerable you will not hear from your doctor.
I am 75 and have both cancer treatment going on and heart disease, but even though they are well controlled I am still considered to be in a vulnerable group that needs the fourth shot.
Younger and healthier people will not get the fourth for a few months.
