Three days ago, weather sites told us that hurricane Milton was certain to march across central Florida, sparing the Miami area and points south.
Residents in the precisely specified area were told to evacuate immediately.
The problem is, these weather-guessers were using outmoded models that indicated that this storm was going to travel much faster than it did, thus traveling in a straighter path than it actually did.
Anyone that was actually paying attention to the rather unusual air currents that are dominating the Gulf would say that the cod models are all wrong.
Now the folks in South Florida, the Keys and the Islands are in deadly danger because of the false assurances of these idiots...
