Every administration since Wilson has had ex-staffers write books. But none have ever as been as conflicted, at odds with, and as disgusted by the president, except for the latter Nixon administration. And I didn't even bother quoting Cohen, Scaramucci, etc. since they are just hacks, criminals, and lawyers Trump brought in.
Anyway, only three of those quoted are selling books.
Perhaps the clearest demonstration of his character was his mocking of disabled reporter Serge Kovaleski:
Whatever personality flaws Harris has (and there are some), they pale in comparison. And she doesn't cheat at golf.

See how I provided evidence for everything I said above? You just threw a bunch of stuff out there without a shred of support.
But using her gender to advance her career? What a joke. So said every angry man she passed on her way to the top.

You can worship your flawed idols all that you want.
The main reason that I could tolerate Trump's bombast was how he infuriated people and organizations that I already despised.
So some swamp beasts said some nasty things about someone that didn't get with their agenda.
I think that reflects well on Trump.
Other than that, presenting evidence from the leftist mainstream propaganda press is not really evidence of anything but laziness.
They started hating Trump as soon as he put an "R" after his name.

I have always disliked him. But he was a harmless twerp until 2016.

It's been shown by other less-biased sources that was out of context. As is usual for MSM.
The only major failing Trump had as a leader was in not following the principle that if you have nothing good to say about a person you either say nothing in public or you say it to them only to their face in private. And something he eventually mostly corrected. Remember he publicly commended Fauci even while Fauci was undermining him to prepare himself to keep his job into the next administration.
Those weren't "his" people - they were mostly people recommended to him by others. I think that could even be said of Barr, who eventually even failed him. Any quotes from people who weren't fired or publicly disparaged or only looking out for themselves? Hundreds if not thousands of ordinary people, workers, law enforcement people, military personnel and so forth that had opportunities for personal interaction have only good things to say, and of which I witnessed and paid attention. Of course, that's not reported by the MSM and none of them are writing memoirs.
I didn't start out being pro-Trump. I only became a Trumper by watching him in action and by watching his opponents in action and thereby deciding which side was the side I wanted to be on.

If Trump appointed them, they were 'his' people. He doesn't get a pass on that - no other president got a pass for the people they appointed.
Fauci didn't set out to undermine Trump, at least not in order to ingratiate himself with the next administration. The timeline doesn't make sense for that. He started contradicting Trump early last summer, long before the election. It was Trump who undermined the science, and Fauci held fast against the political pressure. Fauci offered pretty standard protocols for a pandemic, and Trump came out against them because of the economic implications (at least as he understood them). Granted. Trump inherited a difficult set of circumstances, but crises are what make or break leaders - we hold Churchill in high esteem because of what he did in WW2, FDR for the Great Depression, Lincoln for the Civil War, JFK for the Cuban Missile Crisis, Augustus led Rome out of a civil war, etc. But Johnson failed in Vietnam, and Trump failed the COVID crisis. So it goes.
I don't doubt that some large number of people from Trump's administration still support him. However, it is noteworthy the number from his administration who have come out against him. That is unique in US history, and it suggests some major problems in his administration. I was actually happy that his personality obstructed so much of what he hoped to accomplish, since I did not support most of his policies. It was his blustering personality that appealed to a fair number who mainly wanted to 'own the libs', but this same personality created all this conflict in his administration, and made it easy for Democrats to obstruct him in Congress, and, ultimately, why he lost the election.

I haven't paid any attention to anything from CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, all major print media, et al & etc for perhaps a year and a half. If you want to post something of which you want me to "be the judge" give me something from an unbiased and trustworthy source. I have already judged the mainstream sources and found them to be unworthy of my attention and my credibility and my trust.
If you view the video in context he's mocking something the reporter said - he's not mocking the reporter himself, or his disability (and the point others have made is that he didn't even know the reporter) and he uses similar mannerisms to mock things others have said:
This is what free speech is about. You're free to attack what you disagree with. Don't take it as an attack on the person. Only on what they have said with which you disagree. The manner in which you choose to express your disagreement is part of free speech, so long as no one is harmed by your manner and method of expression.

Ugh. Well, you are right - he does that all the time. I am wrong, but if he does that all the time, I don't know whether that makes him better or worse.
I note however, that he is doing the opposite of what you counsel - he is attacking the person each and every time.
