This development could definitely influence the outcome of 2024 election.

Remember Joe Lieberman? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Lieberman

Well, he is the founding chair for new third party named "No Labels" and here are party's origins - https://www.nolabels.org/why

No Labels was born In 2010 in the aftermath of the most serious economic crisis since the Great Depression. It was a moment when America desperately needed our elected leaders to come together, but instead they chose to drift even further apart, resulting in the hyperpolarization of today.
The founders of No Labels felt that it was important to create a space where leaders on both sides of the aisle could come together to tackle our common challenges. Back then we started out with a very specific diagnosis of what was wrong with our political system:
  1. The U.S. Congress became an imperial Congress, with the top party leaders dictating the agenda, often completely shutting out committees and rank-and-file members from shaping legislation.
  2. Party leadership seemed more interested in “campaigning” on problems to maintain (or obtain) a majority, resulting in problems never actually being solved.
  3. Congressional party leaders depended on the most organized and partisan members (e.g. Freedom Caucus, Progressive Caucus) to stay in power.
  4. Changing the status quo required a powerful bipartisan coalition of House and Senate members capable of working with leadership to pass legislation when they were willing to, but it also resulted in challengers staking out a different bipartisan vision when they were not in support of bills.
  5. If No Labels could facilitate the support necessary to help elect and elevate problem solvers in the House and the Senate, ultimately we could empower them to push back on the extremes, and when necessary, their own leadership, and push forward bipartisan solutions to America’s toughest problems.
I think this will get interesting as democrats protesting genocide in Gaza, war in Ukraine along with supporters of Bernie Sanders (Bernie Bros)/Yang gang who must still feel the "burn" of DNC stealing two primaries from Bernie and other progressives who feel Biden administration has not reflected their agendas may join the "No Labels" party and vote accordingly in protest.

I doubt "No Labels" will be able to field a presidential candidate to actually win which means they will simply pull votes away from Biden.

Since Nikki Haley already declined to join "No Labels", Haley supporters are likely to not vote for candidate for "No Labels". And Biden protesters already expressed their decision demonstrated by 100,000 "uncommitted" votes during the DNC primary.

So "No Labels" may turn out to be possibly quite beneficial for Trump.

How No Labels will choose a unity ticket for president - https://www.axios.com/2024/03/15/no-labels-presidential-candidate-third-party-vetting
  • No Labels ... is launching a "Country Over Party Committee" to help vet possible candidates for the group's unity ticket in the 2024 election.
  • "The committee will consider input from the No Labels community and serve as representatives in meeting with potential candidates"
  • The panel, which includes 12 people, will deliver their recommendations for a unity ticket to No Labels delegates for a nomination vote.
  • "If this ticket receives majority support from No Labels delegates, they will be given the official nomination and appear on the ballot as the No Labels unity ticket"
  • "If No Labels is unable to find candidates who meet this high threshold, then we simply will not offer our ballot line to anyone"
  • The Wall Street Journal also reported last week ... the group was considering Geoff Duncan (R), the former lieutenant governor of Georgia.

No Labels is still trying to nominate a presidential candidate but keeps getting turned down - https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/20...ling-no-no-labels-pressing-forward-rcna142960
  • Republicans who said no: former Rep. Liz Cheney of Wyoming, former Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan, Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp, former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, former Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels and New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu, former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley
  • Democrats who said no: Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia and former Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick
  • Independents who said no: Sen. Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona and former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo
  • Others who said no: businessman Mark Cuban, retired Navy Adm. William McRaven, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and former Georgia Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan, an anti-Trump Republican (Duncan told The Atlanta Journal Constitution that he withdrew himself from consideration to focus on “healing and improving the Republican Party.”)

And despite trying to be passive aggressive and undermining, CNN actually lets RFK Jr. speak ... I am starting to really resonate with RFK Jr. ... Hmmm, how about Trump/RFK Jr. ticket? I bet that will certainly interest Haley/Independent voters ;)(y)

RFK Jr. says Biden is bigger/worse threat to democracy than Trump ... "Biden started censoring ... social media ... with power of presidency ... FBI, DOJ, NSA. Secret Service, etc. ... no other president has done that ... in 2004, there was presidential election STOLEN from John Kerry :p ... We need to fix the election"
