The "Big Lie" and somebody we all know

I was doing some research into the origin of the phrase "the bigger the lie and the more often it's repeated the more likely it is to be believed" which is usually attributed to Joseph Goebbels. While we can find no evidence he actually said that, it is the basic principle behind his propaganda operations. But what really caught my attention was this quote I came across on https://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org :

"The OSS psychological profile of Hitler described his use of the big lie:
His primary rules were: never allow the public to cool off; never admit a fault or wrong; never concede that there may be some good in your enemy; never leave room for alternatives; never accept blame; concentrate on one enemy at a time and blame him for everything that goes wrong; people will believe a big lie sooner than a little one; and if you repeat it frequently enough people will sooner or later believe it."

And as I was reading that I was thinking: "does this not also perfectly describe JOE BIDEN????" - as well as pretty much anybody in the progressive left: Pelosi, Schumer, Harris, etc etc. Seems to fit them all perfectly.
