I'll try out the onion sauce. I'm close enough to Cincinnati that I've experienced the Cincinnati chili dogs quite a bit. Still can't put that crap on spaghetti though.I'll have to try the Betty Crocker sweet bread. I like the sweet breads and rolls. Anyway, the linked onions recipe actually is good for the trouble
I'll look at the sweet bread recipe too. I said I use the same recipe for everything...which is mostly true, but I do switch out which flour I use. High gluten for pizza crust and cheesy bread, AP or Sapphire for buns. Sometimes I'll proof my yeast with pure maple syrup, honey, or brown sugar just to change up flavor.
