Now that is some serious irony

There may be, but I don't get my info from pro Trump sites. Watched much of those hearings on CSpan.
See, the reason I ask is because I'd assume that if (as Giuliani apparently claimed) they had hundreds of sworn affidavits, they might want to exhibit those to the people as proof.

On the other hand, if most of them don't include relevant information, or can neither be proven nor disproven as accurate and factual, they might not want to produce them.

The reality is that a sworn affidavit is not strong evidence. It's just someone claiming their statement is true. As it's not often possible to prove such statements as false, there's very little chance of being charged or convicted of perjury.

But at the end of the day, I'm not going to bother second guessing the decisions of all these judges. If you want to do so, that's your choice. They obviously didn't see these various affidavits as compelling evidence, so I see no reason why I should. Especially as I haven't been able to read them.

Claimed lack of evidence. Sworn affidavits are considered as evidence under penalty of perjury, except in this election situation. Corrupt judges, corrupt voting machines.

Right, right, but . . . show us the actual evidence! Trump is, at my count, 0-61, in the courts. Are you saying that every single judge, many appointed by Trump, is corrupt? Or is the more likely explanation that the evidence just isn't there? Given the complete lack of evidence (except the one voter in Pennsylvania who voted for Trump twice), the most parsimonious hypothesis simply is that Trump is a liar who ginned this up out of frustration at losing by 8 million votes.

Anyway, Smartmatic and Dominion are suing Sydney Powell, Giuliani, and likely Trump, so the right will have a chance to present their case in court. Should be interesting . . .

Recent coordinated events by big tech, the left and antifa to silence and bully half of the country leaves me with the belief Trump might be right. I’m not a lawyer so sifting through sworn affidavits for weeks won’t prove or disprove anything. From what I’ve seen for the last 5 years, the political class on the left lies and destroys at a much higher rate than the right. The politicians on the right do tend to fold easily and some are back stabbers. Either way I’ll have to stick with Trump just because the officials who call him an unhinged liar, are a pretty screwed up bunch of twisted brain cells.

Yes, I feel so bullied by ANTIFA. I could hardly get to the polls for fear they would roust me! And they are the ones who tried to kidnap and kill the Michigan governor, right?

I guess is plausible that 10,000 dead folks revived themselves in Michigan in order to vote... right guys?

Plausible does not really work in court. They want actual evidence.

You want to tell them?
I think these guys would alienate fewer people if they waved the American flag instead. With Trump flags and confederate flags of treason dominating these kinds of videos, it has allowed Democrats to claim that the Biden flag is the US flag. Can't let them get away with that right?

146,000 "found" votes in MI, all for Biden; the odds are impossible for that.
Depends upon how to calculate the odds. Do you understand that not all votes are counted on the same day? Absentee balots sent in by military, out of state residents and the elderly can account for a large portion of the total. The mail typically takes a while to get to the people counting the votes. Figure in the GOP encouraging people not to vote by mail/absentee; this makes for an almost certain sway towards anything non-GOP when the votes are counted.

Are you suggesting that none of the mail-in ballots were for Trump? I clearly saw his vote totals rise in the highly contested states (the ones that had yet to be called) as the mail-in votes were counted. They just didn't rise nearly as much as Biden's.

I did not say there wasn't a single vote for Trump. How about you show me the actual numbers before you start making reckless accusations?

I guess if stupid insults are all you got, then I can ignore you? Or not? :)
