First act of treason before being in office

Your employer has to pay the new people at least $15/hr to keep them there, even if they are an idiot. I can't imagine that work ethic and experience is only worth $20/hr.
My dad has been retired for 3 years now. He worked in a woodworking shop with around 25 employees for a little over 30 years, yet never in his life made $20/hr except for overtime.

I work in a small, independent auto repair shop where I've been for 14 years (24 years total experience) I'm paid exactly $25/hr for the work that I perform, not for being there. I've got around $130k invested in tools. If someone hired in with $2500 worth of tools, 2 years at a tire shop, dumb as a door stop and zero work ethic, then was paid only 20-25% less than me, I wouldn't feel like the effort I've put forth was worthwhile.

In fact, I would feel it entirely unnecessary to teach my child about working hard and paying his dues. Then, I'd ask my boss for a 40% pay increase to match everyone else. When he explains that he can't possibly afford that after he starts paying the dummy $15 an hour, I could just quit and try to get on the draw.

Whoever started this thread needs to learn the definition of treason, and not wave the word around every time some politician does something he disagrees with. Ugh . . .

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

That is good enough for me!

and they will be enemies the moment they attempt to illegally cross the border, which a bunch of them will do!

I have spent a few years in Asia and could tell you what would happen for example at the chinese or korean border when you would try to cross without proper paperwork.
And, being born, raised and served in the military in WEST-Germany, I do know a thing or two about treason and the laws from the commie-side.

Right - this is incorrect. YOU are defining them as enemies, when of course they have not been declared an enemy by the US govt. Sure they are poor people who might take your job, but they are not enemies. And good enough for you doesn't really count. Except in your imagination.

Enemies to the country are un-invited foreigners who's intend is to steal (from me, as a taxpayer) and then the retard joe and the hoe are aiding and enabling them.
This makes joe a traitor, in my never humble opinion.

And based on this, does not take a lot to be considered an enemy.
Perhaps my standards are a bit stricter, based on the experience of growing up surrounded by ungrateful muzzies who thought Germany was a cash cow without any responsibilities and respect for the local laws.
And rest assured, you do not want to have your neighborhood looking like dearborn or minneapolis !
Granted, the mostly catholic faith of the people from Central America is bit more conducive regarding the willingness to assimilate.

The bottom line is that the more liberal, voting portion of the population is about to die off - their reproductive rate is under 1.8 live births per female, when bare replacement rate is 2.2 live births in a country with first-world medical care.

The leaders of the left (most of whom are far too old to reproduce) have been casting about desperately for a reliable and long-term increase to their voter base. That's why they are trying to create a dependent pool of immigrants that would be grateful to the left for being rewarded legally and financially for staying within the U.S.

This isn't treason. This is simply political self-preservation.

The moderates and middle class are also below replacement level, but they aren't fading as fast. Partially, that is because they are absorbing a fair percentage of the more successful immigrants and minorities.

The right is closer to replacement level, partly because they tend to be more rural and consider children to be more useful and less of a financial and social penalty.

I suspect that one of the results of the shut down of the cities will be an increase in the number of people that embrace a rural lifestyle, which leads to a reduction of dependency upon governments and an increase of self sufficiency.

I believe that this is why the left is having to work so fast... .

Treason is a bit harsh, conspiracy to violate federal law would be more accurate or perhaps accessory before the fact. As for minimum wage... a wise man once told me that if you pay someone that is worth 2 dollars an hour 4 that means you must sell your product at 3 times it's value just to break even.

Right - criminals (whether breaking the law by robbing banks, or breaking the law by immigrating without permission) are not enemies of the state. Erwin Rommel was an enemy; Al Capone was a criminal. Really, you gotta learn a little law.

according to Article VI of the Constitution all members of Congress are bound by the oath of office ( against all enemies, foreign and domestic), therefore, by breaking this oath they become the enemies against the state.
Since all LEO's are swearing the same oath, it should give then the right to arrest these enemies/perpetrators.

Remember what happened during the Wuhan disaster?
A large number of governors overstepped their authority , acted unconstitutionally and gave unlawful executive orders. ((travel restrictions, extending the state of emergency multiple times without having it authorized and voted, as required by the General Assembly)

What makes governors so special???????? Nothing!
It looks to me that they are breaking willfully the laws they are supposed to abide by. [Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.]

Al Capone, as you correctly stated, was a criminal and paid the price, great. Did we tell him to kill and sell alcohol? No, he did it for profit.

Congress on the other hand was elected and sent to Washington to represent us and do the job we are asking them to do. They are supposed to work for us and protect us (within Constitutional laws), but often are not doing it .

This makes them the real scumbags, much worse than the Capones of this world and the true domestic enemies within.

Yes, I could learn a little bit more about the law, but since our law-makers, who studied it and still ignore it, why should I care?

By the way, the retard bidet announced yesterday he will implement a mandatory mask act.
Guess what, I will respond in kind and tell him to kiss my azz...

Being angry does not make you correct. You are emoting, not thinking. None of that last post is correct.

Maybe in your world. If a politician commits an act that is unconstitutional, by definition they are at the very least a criminal. By swearing an oath to uphold the Constitution, it could be debated that they are an enemy.

Really, that is just not true. Not any part of what you said is true or accurate. Not in any court in the land. Ever.

Does this also go for Trump? Some of Trump's businesses knowingly employed illegal aliens.

One of the single best things we can do to discourage over staying of visas and illegal border crossings is to discourage employers from hiring them. As far as I know, Trump was unwilling to make any progress in this area.

So why did Trump let them get away with it then? Part of Trump's MO was to blame others for problems. If he fixed the problems, then he would not have anything to scream about.

Crossing another nations border without permission and in violation of their laws makes you an invader, armed or not. If I sneak into your house and sit on your couch, eating your cookies and drinking your beer, am I not a home invader? Would you welcome me with open arms and offer me permanent lodging and a say in how your household is run? Or, would you call the police and ask for me to be removed?

Invaders are enemies.

I have asked some liberal azzes if they would let these criminals live in their houses and share with them their food, cars and more.!
Knew the answer in advance, and it always stopped by giving them a few bucks and a bag of food............

Sorry, none of this is legally true. Invasion is very different from crossing a border illegally. There are definitions of both. But, just so you understand - invasion requires an army, or an armed, organized force. Poor Mexicans coming across to pick grapes simply does not qualify.

#4 is particularly appropriate.

Hide behind semantics if you like. Definitions are only as good as the idiots writing them and this isnt a court of law anyway- not that the courts are any less corrupt than the rest of the system.

Interesting that you should single out Mexican immigrants, since so many of the Central American hordes currently streaming across the border will be competing for work with the Mexicans already here, legal or otherwise.

If only they were just here to pick grapes. They are here to obtain medical care and education for their children at the expense of US taxpayers and THEIR children. They are here to form colonies and reproduce. They are not stupid. They know their progeny will form coveted voting blocs and be courted and coddled by political parties, each vying to throw more "free" stuff at them.

I understand just fine, and I really dont care about your definition of invasion. I know the face of my enemies.
