Blue State Blues: 9 Signs That Joe Biden Is a Third World Leader

President Joe Biden told Americans in his Inaugural Address last week: “We have learned again that democracy is precious. Democracy is fragile. And at this hour, my friends, democracy has prevailed.” But one would be forgiven for thinking otherwise, given the Biden administration’s behavior on taking office.

After a week of Biden, the United States is being run more like a Third World country than an advanced democracy. Here are nine of the most salient examples:

1. Rule by executive order. President Biden issued dozens of executive orders in his first week, a new record. Yet at a town hall in October, he promised: “I have this strange notion. We are a democracy. … Things you can’t do by executive order, unless you’re a dictator. We’re democracy, we need consensus.” Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has supported him, turning the legislature into a rubber stamp, hailing Biden for what she called “transformative executive actions.”

2. Putting a predecessor on trial. Biden broke his pledge to seek “unity,” and backed a Senate impeachment trial for his predecessor, President Donald Trump. Trump has not committed any known crime. Moreover, the Constitution does not provide for a former president to be impeached. Already, 45 Senators voted to declare the trial unconstitutional, meaning there is no chance of a conviction. The only purpose is to prevent Trump from running for office again — pure politics.

3. Censorship of opposition. The Biden administration has not done anything to challenge the ongoing censorship of conservatives in social media, which the Biden campaign actually supported. Administration officials are said to be delighted that Trump has been banned from Twitter, because it has eliminated the most powerful opposition voice. In addition, the Department of Justice has begun prosecuting people for memes. The chilling effect on speech is real.

4. Attacking the private sector. Biden has killed jobs in the fossil fuel industry by canceling the permit for the Keystone XL pipeline and suspending oil and gas leasing on federal lands. He has done so even though there will be no benefit for the planet. Even Climate Envoy John Kerry admitted Wednesday that if U.S. emissions were to reach “zero,” the world’s emissions would ensure that climate change continued. But in a Third World dictatorship, the private sector is expendable.

5. Exploiting identity politics. Biden continues to peddle the lie that our society is haunted by “systemic racism.” He is leading an assault on common national symbols and ideas, deleting the report of the 1776 Commission within moments of taking office. (Biden attacked the report, which he clearly has not read, as “offensive” and “counter-factual.”) Biden also imposed new transgender rules on the military and on amateur sports, short-circuiting debate about a sensitive issue.

6. Challenging judicial independence. One of the only checks on a runaway executive or legislature is an independent judiciary. But Biden is pressing ahead with plans to “reform” the courts, potentially “packing” the Supreme Court with left-wing judges. To that end, he has appointed Bob Bauer to lead a “bipartisan” commission to study the issue. Bauer is Biden’s former campaign lawyer, and worked for Perkins Coie, the firm that arranged the fraudulent “Russia dossier.”

7. Purging former officials. Biden is removing officials appointed by his predecessor to a variety of agencies, from the Voice of America to the National Security Council. The “purge” has even included officials like National Security Agency general counsel Michael Ellis, who had previously been vetted through a bipartisan process. Trump complained about Obama “holdovers” but hired critics, even Democrats. Notably, Biden has not appointed one Republican to his Cabinet.

8. Encouraging a slavish media. The Biden Administration enjoys the benefit of fawning coverage from the mainstream media, which has thus far provided glowing reports about the new administration, and continues to portray Trump and his supporters in the most negative light possible. The Washington Post kept a running tally of allegedly false statements by Trump, but has declined to do so for Biden — even though Biden has a well-deserved reputation for telling falsehoods.

9. Military in the streets. The National Guard ought to have been brought to the Capitol to reinforce police on January 6. Their presence was understandable in the aftermath of the Capitol riot, even if the much-touted threats to the Inauguration never amounted to much. But now their presence has been extended for months, supposedly to thwart threats to the Senate trial. It looks less like a legitimate mission and more like a show of force by Democrats against their political opponents.

Except, of course, with Trump, you can add a few things.

1. Constant lying.
2. Giving himself a massive tax cut.
3. Not revealing his taxes.
4. Having the biggest turnover in administrative staff in history.
5. Playing the most golf (22% of days in office) of any modern president, on the American taxpayer's dime.
6. And of course, the biggie - sedition (or, alternately, treason).

have to be careful not to hurt some snowflakes feeling when calling bidet a f@cking retard, but it is what it is.
Initially I thought joe makes it until next January to be replaced by camel hair, but the few sentences he bumbled since his inauguration were so incoherent that I think the meds they are pumping into his pea-brain are slowly failing.
For all practical purposes, he's a goner.

That's one of the reason his handlers are placing more and more executive orders on his desk and make him sign these ASAP

Then the lefties have a brain dead guy to blame for all their failures, (some are showing already up already, just check the gas prices at your next fill-up), and he cannot be put on trial for treason, war crimes or any other criminal enterprise which might pop up soon (hunter, russia)

I see already a future t-shirt, sort of : the hoe sits in for joe...........

Have a great day, cheers!

Oh, I must have missed the part where he put Obama on trial for the treasonous JCPOA, or even Hillary for letting classified documents fall into enemy hands thorugh gross incompetence.

Oh, Trump wanted to, and it was one of his campaign promises. He directed his Justice Dept. to do so. Except, of course, as Bill Barr finally admitted, there was no evidence . . . dang! The case against Trump, of course, is a bit different.

So, has Biden put Trump on trial? I thought that was Congress.

Seems like far too often, a president is vilified by his enemies for things he himself did not do. And is also given credit by his supporters for things he also did not do.

I know I am a noob here (gravitated from THR) but I really think you folks should keep your eye on Flynn and his cohorts. If you believe in the "Deep State", Flynn and his cronies are the ones fomenting takeover of the government. Flynn is smart enough not to have his name on any documents or any dark social media. He is flying low under the QANON farce but is still a mover and a shaker.

The Constitution be damned with these folks.

Pretty sure a few selected people on this site and millions of people in America do not recognize the danger in these statement, this is a deliberate attempt of ostracizing and persecuting supporters of the legitimate winner of the 2020 election, President TRUMP.

There has been for many years a single group of people who gets blamed for all the fake and phony claims of racism and other societal ills, heterosexuell white male conservatives, and the lefty loons' in DC and other liberals areas of this country are relentless in attacking us.

As hard as it is to believe, retard biden in his deranged state of mind is clearly dividing this country even more than the clown obozo, and he and his ilk are living now in the heavily fortified District of Columbia, protected from the ""deplorables"", a non-existent threat ,costing half a billion (projected) Dollar until April of this year, and the nasty b!tch pelosi wants to extend the stay of the National Guard for even longer.
Let this sink into your pea brains, libs:

"If confirmed, I will supervise the prosecution of white supremacists and others who stormed the Capitol on January 6 -- a heinous attack that sought to disrupt a cornerstone of our democracy: the peaceful transfer of power to a newly elected government," Garland's opening statement reads. "That critical work is but a part of the broad scope of the Department's responsibilities."

President Walter, no, I won't insult a ventriloquist's dummy by compring him to Biden so I will rephrase and call him slo jo, the idiot. Slo jo is only the nose of the camel under the tent. If people don't wake up we will become another Venezuela a few years down the road. Too many people want the government (my opinion is reinforced by some posters on this forum) to take care of their every need but don't realise the government can provide nothing without first taking the means to do so away from the population. In simple speak that means they take away what every one that works produces and distributes it among everyone, working or not. You can call it progressivism, socialism, or communism. It's all the same critter in the end.

I'm still amused.
They plan to prosecute folks for believing that race nonsense that Democrats have been spouting since the creation of their party.
This is what they used to justify slavery: that there is more than one human race and that certain of those races are inherently superior to others.
Right now they are promoting the idea that the "white races" are inferior and must be suppressed.

Right.

There is only one human race, unless you are trying to divide and conquer... .

You have a quotation by someone (who we have heard of) promoting that idea? Or are you just doing free-form interpretation?

But, yes, biologically, the human species is genetically uniform (little genetic diversity), relative to other closely-related species. As a species, we are relatively young, (~250K-400K years), and have had no long-term geographic barriers to gene flow, so humans are a pretty uniform bunch.

You and I would be in prison already......................

A lot of those are true, but everyone does number seven.

Except Trump.

That was one of his major mistakes. I don't know if he was trying to seem bipartisan or if he was just scared but he should've gone scorched earth on previous administrations left overs, MSM be damned.

I think he was either ignorant of this or fearful of it.

In the end I don't know that it would have helped anyway as literally everyone in govt was against him.

This list looks like a step-by-step plan to divide and conquer constitutional republican democracy (all lower-case). But giving Biden all the credit is according him too much credit as it's been going on for some time through all three branches and inclusive of all political persuasions. Trump either failed to recognize it, failed to reverse it, or got swallowed by it. All you can accord to the Biden administration is that all these steps are coming to a nexus during his term and will either succeed prior to the 2022 election or will begin to fade into history along with the other failed attempts at ideological tyranny that ignore the basic character of the human being, such as the Soviet Union.

here is the retard biden, giving our enemies a complete list of all the IMPORTANT infrastructure items with the demand that these are off limits. Putin is looking at them and thinking: great, here are 5 or 6 things I didn't even consider destroying, thanks you fucking retard.

Another clear case of treason against the United States ! Aiding and abetting the enemy.

Perhaps you are ignorant of the law. The president cannot simply fire anyone in the federal government. You may not know this, but there are federal protections for federal workers who are not considered political appointees. The president has to follow federal law - he is not an emperor, wrapped in ermine and purple.

Federal employees are normally protected from the political process, but Trump tried to nullify these protections by creating a new category of federal employee: 'Schedule F' employees (Executive Order 13957). Many tens of thousands of federal employees currently (and previously) protected by long-standing Civil Service Rules and Regulations would have been transferred to this category and treated as political employees, subject to firing by the executive branch without cause.

Since this was a pretty explicit power-grab (and the type of behavior we see in fascist dictatorships), Biden rescinded it on his first day in office. But it was not atypical of the type of authoritarian behavior we saw from Trump. Note that Trump signed this order a few weeks prior to the 2020 election, perhaps anticipating his difficulties being elected, and hoping to create a a right-wing rump in the federal government to defend his false election claims. Or perhaps he wanted to fire Fauci for sticking up for the science. Either way, as usual, he planned poorly, and the order was challenged in the courts, never to go into effect.
