Biden <...insert here...> looks presidential?

With Biden's latest speech following the Kabul bombings I was surprised to find myself modestly impressed that he ...

<...insert: 1) accidentally ... or ... 2) actually ...>

... looked presidential. Maybe he was just having a "moment". Or maybe his people are finally getting it and it's being reflected by his speech-writers.

Any other first reactions?

He screwed up, and he knows it. But he cares. That is my reaction.

You bet he cares. He cares about how Biden is hurting. Not necessarily anyone else. And certainly not the country. He cares because he's discovered he's paying for the deal he made with the devil. I think the guy is in personal hell. I feel sorry for the guy, yes, but I'm not willing to let him off the hook. It's time for him to pay for a lifetime of dishonestly, hypocrisy, selfishness and corruption. Now or in the afterlife, I don't know, but evil has consequences. He's enjoyed the fruit, gained at the expense of other people better than him, and now he's paying for it. Or maybe it's the country that's paying for it by proxy. More likely both together.

I hate to say it, but this post doesn't tell us very much about Biden. I mean, read it over again. What does it tell you?

No, it doesn't tell us much about Biden, and it isn't meant to. It tells you what are my impressions of Biden, Biden's character, and Biden's mental and psychological states are, based on what I know of him, his history, and his current public performances and actions as Chief Executive.

Considering the difference of what he has said and what he has done my only reaction is to fear for his fate on Judgment Day.
