Tech Tyranny

AFLDRS.Com These doctors call out the lies
I think you mean American Frontline Doctors. Essentially they provide a pdf that lists the known side effects of the vaccines and points out neither has been fully FDA approved. What is really more troubling than the coerced injections is the neat little "confidential" database of vaccination records. How many "confidential" government databases have been turned over under the Freedom of Information Act in the past 20 years? Can you say end run around HIPPA?

You misunderstand HIPPA and the institutions to which it applies.

Post #52 reported as off topic spam.

No, it's a dig at admin that's not deleting spam. The first sign of a new board failing is owners and admins that don't care about keeping it cleaned up.
Had PM exchange with Admin and spams will be deleted. He's been busy with THR server issues.

So, if you don't like seeing spams, click the "Report" button and comment "Off topic spam".

They're still clogging profile posts on home page, as well as this thread (and others). One of the mods hasn't been on since January and one of the admins hasn't been on since March. I think this board serves a useful purpose and has potential, but it needs active and dedicated staff participation.

..... so ..... we'll see what develops.

Just needed the right person to run it up the chain of command, apparently.
"thegunguy" is the System Administrator for "TheHighRoad.org" forum and I am just your average member who knows that "Report" button exists. :D

The High Road forum was meant to be a public forum focused on Second Amendment rights without distracting political chatter/venting and heavily moderated to maintain THR according to forum rules. THR forum rules require all threads and posts be 2A/gun related or face "off topic" edit/deletion of posts and even suspension that has led to bans.

Over the years, many members suggested/requested a subforum where political and non-gun related topics could be discussed and after much contemplation, Derek came up with "No Tech Tyranny" as solution to THR members who wanted "no holds barred" free discussion forum with minimal moderation to allow First Amendment rights. And here we are. Thanks Derek! (y)

This is "our" public playground gifted to us by Derek and we should freely enjoy and exercise our First Amendment rights and post away our thoughts, opinions and musings about life. But if we see obvious off topic spam that is trying to sell something or link us to a website, simply click the "Report" button and comment the reason (Most often "off topic spam" being the obvious) and they will be removed in time.

Derek supports and maintains the entire THR server load with backups as one man show and incredibly has done an excellent job (It's amazing what he does as I have worked with servers and backups). (y) Recently, unprecedented events required Derek to troubleshoot and completely "overhaul" the primary and backup servers and wasn't really available for NTT (You know, he does have a life and family and stuff ...).

But THR forum is running smooth again (Search feature was the last thing to be fixed) and I am sure he will be attentive to NTT forum again as recently demonstrated.

Have fun and don't forget to click the "Report" button. ;)

I've been a PHP BB forum owner & administrator, lead moderator and line moderator on multiple other forums, so "been there, done that" and I don't know what the "unprecented events" were but I can empathize with dealing with glitches in any of the multiple layers of software that all have to interact smoothly in order to serve the web page sent to the client's browser.

I do have a problem with appointed forum staff that doesn't participate. I left a forum over a decade ago over poor administration issues and I'm still listed there as a moderator.

(I suppose I should try logging in to see if my password still works and my moderator permissions are still set .... but .... no, I'm not that kind of guy)
