Derek Chauvin Trial Brings Twisted Truth and Great Harm

This morning I'm hearing news stories lamenting the plight of the poor black people who are TRAUMATIZED by the testimony in this lynching of a cop named Derek Chauvin.

I'm hearing astounding opinions from Media (this was NPR) saying (seriously) that Chauvin's need to "control" the large black man by holding him down is symbolic of the NEED of white people to enslave blacks.

Such insane and provocative, inflammatory twisting of fact is mind-boggling.

In reality, the lynching of Derek Chauvin is--like reparations--an avenue for blacks to seek revenge for the evils of slavery and oppression.

We can understand their feelings........but at some point they must realize that the war on whites is not just wrong, but is indeed........slowly destroying America.

Revenge almost always breeds new retaliation. It is the way of the world.

I’m glad George Floyd is dead. I think he was a worthless scumbag. I also hope they convict Chauvin of something, although murder seems like a bit of a stretch. Regardless of whether Floyd would eventually have died from the drugs in his system, Chauvin behaved irresponsibly and shouldn’t be allowed to just walk away.

Well, Floyd had OVER three times the lethal dose of Fentanyl in his system so the prosecution has the difficult task of proving beyond a reasonable doubt that the lethal overdose DID NOT kill him.

Of course with a jury stacked with minorities.......you just don't know what may happen.

Murder us murder. In this case, it was murder under color of law. There is no other possible interpretation.

Obviously this is a preposterous statement. Fentanyl takes effect in minutes. If he had 3x a fatal dose, he would hardly be walking into a convenience store.

Why wish death on poor, stupid George Floyd when there are so many out there that are far more deserving?
Anyway, George did himself in with minimal assistance... .
Minimal assistance? You gonna let me put my knee on your neck for 9 minutes?

Just to point out that Rush Limbaugh was also overweight and illegally addicted to opiates. Maybe he deserved to die as well.

Been there, had that done to me.
Dad was an abusive ass who taught martial arts... .
I survived.
After all, I wasn't stuffed full of fentanyl and half a dozen other toxic substances.

You had your hands cuffed behind your back and a knee on your neck for 9 minutes? Sorry, but I kind of doubt that.

You obviously haven't watched the footage.
Ol' George was saying, "I can't breathe" before the cops laid a hand on him.
Should have called it suicide... .

I watched that video. It was straight up murder. It is simple. He would not have died otherwise. I know a lot of cops. They all think Chauvin should be put away for a long time. His kind of behavior makes it that much harder for legitimate cops.

Nonetheless, It will be difficult to successfully convict Chauvin.
The toxicology and coroner's report will stand in the way, as will the broad spread of criminal charges against Chauvin.
Whatever results from the trial, the mobs will not be satisfied.
Get ready for more riots... most of which will make Chauvin's actions look like a sleep-over pillow fight..

Maybe not three times the lethal amount, but enough to kill someone.

Not preposterous at all, but FACT. Minutes? It DID kill him in minutes. He ate it so cops wouldn't find it as he was being arrested.

Handwritten notes of a law enforcement interview with Dr. Andrew Baker, the Hennepin County Medical Examiner, say Floyd had 11 ng/mL of fentanyl in his system.
"If he were found dead at home alone and no other apparent causes, this could be acceptable to call an OD. Deaths have been certified with levels of 3," Baker told investigators.

In another new document, Baker said, "That is a fatal level of fentanyl under normal circumstances."

Alternately, not (according to the doctor who pronounced him dead, no less).

That doctor was obviously wrong. He did not do an autopsy. The autopsy showed MORE than three times the lethal level of Fentanyl in Floyd's body.

Latest news from the lynching of Derek Chauvin:

One of the witnesses called refuses to appear...... because he's the one that sold Floyd the drugs that killed him and he fears that he would incriminate himself and be charged with Third Degree Murder due to the fatal overdose.

Thus the ridiculous travesty of a trial continues to amaze.
